An hour and a half has been scheduled for this purpose. <\/p>\n<p>The official invitations have already been sent, including the financial statements as an attachment. The 2024\/2025 annual plan has previously been sent to all organizations.<br \/>Each organization may delegate up to <strong>two representatives<\/strong>, with the presence of the president <strong>mandatory<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Opening<\/li>\n<li>Adoption of agenda<\/li>\n<li>Annual Report 2024\/2025<\/li>\n<li>FBSB Committees<\/li>\n<li>Financial Statements 2024<\/li>\n<li>Services FBSB<\/li>\n<li>Contribution\/membership fee<\/li>\n<li>Baseball Coordinator Presentation<\/li>\n<li>Round-up<\/li>\n<li>Closure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The financial statements have now been finalized and signed.  <a href=\"https:\/\/fbsb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Jaarrekening-2024-FBSB.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #122fe8;\"><strong>(FBSB Financial Statements &#8211; 2024)<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the ALV<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Finance:<\/strong> discuss financial accountability and management, and present and approve financial statements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sports Development:<\/strong> discuss initiatives and projects to promote baseball and softball, including youth softball, training and collaborations with after-school programs.
