On Tuesday, September 2, FBSB will hold its first General Membership Meeting (ALV).
The meeting will take place at Jong Bonaire, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. An hour and a half has been scheduled for this purpose.

The official invitations have already been sent, including the financial statements as an attachment. The 2024/2025 annual plan has previously been sent to all organizations.
Each organization may delegate up to two representatives, with the presence of the president mandatory.

Objectives of the ALV

• Finance: discuss financial accountability and management, and present and approve financial statements.
• Sports Development: discuss initiatives and projects to promote baseball and softball, including youth softball, training and collaborations with after-school programs. Developments surrounding the Estate Bolivia Softball League are also discussed.
• Board matters: including setting the dues amount as of Jan. 1, 2026.
• Communication & transparency: giving members the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions, with a special focus on improving communication between the union and member organizations.
